If you mean the Agama installer for 16.0, they are not ignored. It's just a lousy
UI that's unintuitive how to work your way where you need to go. It's had some
improvement in the newer versions for 16.1 and TW, but I still don't like it as
last I used it a month or so ago.

The migration tool AFAICT is not made for installation and partitioning chores.
It's for upgrading an existing 15.6 installation.
