VOAcap

Hello everyone,

I am new to the list and run my shack with my openSUSE 11.1 machine. 

The last week few days I have been running VOAcap on my machine and am 
finding it quite useful. Having used HAMCAP before I missed it. 
Installation was somewhat complicated as python-basemap is not currently 
available as a package for 11.1. The science:ScientificLinux repository 
has basemap but not for 11.1. Generally it works ok.  There are times 
the GUI gets confused but the engine seems solid.

The tool is well worth the look and worth packaging as it matures.
