Thanks again Stakanov for taking the time to help me! ;-)  Since I am on
my laptop at the moment, and this problem is occurring on it, I will use
it as a reference to answer your questions. So to your first question,
no it is not set up for dual monitors. Just a simple laptop screen. It
is using the nVidia GeForce GTX 1070 card and the display resolution is
set to 1920 x 1080. The Look and Feel and the Desktop themes are set to
Breeze Dark, the Cursor theme is set to simply Breeze. I am running
openSUSE Leap version 42.2

I did a bit more investigating on my own, and don't laugh to loudly, I
know I am a bad user and abuse things a lot, but this is just how I
organize myself, projects I am working on, and multitask. I discovered
that this problem occurs when, for example, I open 15 or more Firefox
windows! Fewer windows then the popup list does display everything
correctly. So call me a power user abuser, LOL, but it is still annoying
that this feature has this limitation and probably should be
addressed/fixed or at least a warning be given...
