Well, actually we never had a *pattern* anyway, but we had a meta-package 
"telepathy-kde" in the past, that was empty and only required some other 
packages.

Not much difference in principle (a pattern actually just is a meta-package 
that requires/recommends other things), except that it wouldn't show up in the 
"Patterns" view in YaST.

We should reinstate that I suppose.

JFYI, that meta-package pulled in these packages:

Requires:       ktp-common-internals

I'm not sure if all of these are really required though.
