It is. Although I haven't boot Vista for a couple of month. Last time my ki=
ds wanted to watch a DVD which was copy protected. No chance on linux, but =
the MediaPlayer worked fine. :(

I'm using Arconis True Image in my Windows environment. Therefor I used it =
also for shrinking the Windows partition. So I can't tell you, if OpenSuse =
is trustworthy. But anyway: Making an image of your disk is always a good i=
dea before you try something.

I don't know if openSuse is working fine on your Sony VGN_NR21M. Have a loo=
k at http://tuxmobil.org/sony.html or http://www.linux-on-laptops.com/sony.=
html to find notebooks with similar hardware.
