It doesn't help on my system! It seems like there is an bug in the current qt 
version.

I also tried several different fontsubstitutions in ~/.qt/qtrc without 
success.

Maybe I have to start a new thread or posting to a different mailinglist.

Nevertheless thank you for your efforts.
