Do you know we have M17N (Multilingualization) project, which handles
mostly CJK related packages in OBS ?

And we prepared sub-project M17N:Devel for testing purpose.
https://build.opensuse.org/project/show?project=M17N%3ADevel

I think this project is the best place to test and develope CJK related
packages.

Since we need much more contributers for the project, I'd be very happy
if you will join us. ;-)
