OK, then let's use hintnone as default.  If anyone wants hinting,
it can be overwritten by the personal setup.

The font setup program (actually fontconfig does) should take the
value decided from all over config files.  A clever program won't put
any garbage config to ~/.fonts.conf if it's same as default.  Thus
changing the default in /etc/fonts should work as is.

Of course, if user already changed the default and wrote the
corresponding item in ~/.fonts.conf, the user-setup will be still
picked up.
