After refreshing repositories, YaST2 software management module
suddenly change to English strings.

Already confirmed:

zh_CN: 12.3 Beta1 KDE 4.10

zh_TW: 12.3 Beta1 KDE 4.10

zh_CN: 12.3 Beta1 GNOME 3.6 (potential, because he just say, happens
to gnome, we don't know which YaST interface he uses)
