ibus-table related packages missing in Leap?

I have installed Leap 42.1 Milestone 1, and found that ibus-table
packages are missing in the repository.

Currently the Tumbleweed repository has these packages in the noarch
directory, so I don't understand why Leap does not include them as
well. Are the packages still under preparation in Leap or something
else?
