I guess it was just overlooked or pending.  Coolo took the minimal
package set as a start for Leap, so not all packages have been
covered, so far.

Could you simply submit the package?  You can do it just like
    osc sr openSUSE:Factory/ibus-table openSUSE:42

with some explanation in SR message.
