Any clue about wqy-microhei-fonts contribution?

Does anyone have the idea how to contribute to wqy-microhei-fonts? I mean, =
not only the packaging, but also the upstream. I found the project have bee=
n "stopped" for nearly 6 years. Their website have no update for even longe=
r time. But from the wiki history, until recently, there are still somebody=
 keep contributing.

The latest nightly build on official sourceforge repo is in 2009, see https=
://sourceforge.net/p/wqy/svn/HEAD/tree/. But the build on OBS is ther snaps=
hot in 2015 (https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?project=3DM17N:fonts&p=
ackage=3Dwqy-microhei-fonts), I don't know where is it come from, the spec =
file does not contain any information about the source.
