Minolta Dimage 5 and Suse 8

refers to an edit to a file "unusual_devs.h from
/usr/src/linux/drivers/usb/storage/". 
Has anyone any idea where this file can be found in Suse 8?
Has anyone any other tips for setting up this camera under Suse 8?
