I have started the multimedia portal:

Up to now I was mainly fiddling with the wiki semantics ;) I failed with
including the application list from
http://en.opensuse.org/Category:Applications:Multimedia. I will try it again
tomorrow.

Meanwhile some ideas would be nice since I don't know all aspects of
multimedia so well.
