Some of these packages aren't in factory.
I'll get the descriptions via osc meta pkg and put them together in a
file. Multimedia:libs contains all of the dssi and ladspa plugins
openSUSE ladspa contains most of the available ladspa plugins and some
of the packages in mmlibs are simply there for the apps that aren't in
factory to build.
