The patch is -p0 so cd to cinelerra-4.2, copy the patch to ./ and "patch
quicktime/thirdparty/faac-1.24/frontend/main.c
cinelerra-4.2-faac2mp4.h.patch" should do the trick. Then ./configure,
make and sit back and wait for it to finish building.
