it's the "rolling release" openSUSE version. If I undserstood it well
(not sure!), it means any package maintainer having a package in
factory is asked to quote if the package is stable (and then to be
included in tumbleweed)

this should ask little to the maintainer (some sort of clic a link)

that said it's a work in progress, but for sure, for multimedia it
should be nice!
