QuickCam 4000 Pro

Hello,

Has anyone managed to get a QuickCam 4000 Pro working under Suse?

I have downloaded what should be the drivers from 
http://www.smcc.demon.nl/webcam/

But once I extract it this all I got and I am not sure what to do with 
it! :-(

Has anyone know what I should do with those files as there are no Install or compile help file.
