Toshiba Tecra 8100 sound problem: SuSE 8.2

Hi,

I would like to report a problem with a Toshiba laptop Tecra 8100 : the sound 
does not work. the laptop has a Yamaha Corporation YMF-744B [DS-1S Audio 
Controller] (rev 02) sound card and YasT2 found everything ok but can't hear 
any sound. The volume is not mute. checked with amixer !

I tried to reconfigure the sound but with no luck. I will attach below my
