I don't know about SuSe 10.0 but with SuSE 9.3 you could get all the 
multimedia stuff from YAST Online Update (YOU).

Also, the site 

http://packman.links2linux.org/

has all the multimedia RPM's for SUSE 10.0 including all the Windows codecs 
for MPlayer etc.
