new orarun; 9iR2 RAC (OCFS), 9iR2 on SLES-8 install guides

There are two new installation guides for 9iR2 and 9iR2 RAC in the ftp 
area, under the docs/ directory:

* 9iR2: 920_sles8_install.pdf
   This document replaces an earlier - temporary and not quite accurate -
   version!

* 9iR2 RAC: 9iR2-RAC_sles8.txt
   Detailed text notes made during an installation at HP today of 9iR2
   RAC on SLES-8 on 4 Compaq DL 580s, FC shared storage, using OCFS on
   LVM logical volumes (no difference in steps to not using LVM)


There's also a new orarun package (v1.7) which is much improved over 
previous versions. It now also supports Oracle 9iR2 RAC (services OCFS, 
OCM, GSD)!
