new orarun package, web page updates

15 June, 2002:

Changed the page about certification and the one about the SuSE Linux 
Enterprise Server slightly, cosmetic updates.

Added 9i R2 installation on SLES-7 document. Almost no changes from the 
one for 9i on SLES-7.

Provided an updated orarun package. There is only one for all Oracle 
products now, no longer one for 8i and one for 9i, there were only two 
lines different anyway. The new package does not provide new functions, 
but the return codes and the green "Done" and red "Failed" messages when 
services are started/stopped finally work the way they are supposed to, 
pluse there is one for every Oracle subsystem now instead of a global 
"Done/Failed" message.
