Good documentation to start oracle in suse.

Dear All,

I'm very new in oracle, i just download oracle-xe-univ-10.2.xxx.rpm
and want to install it in opensuse 10.3. I try to follow steps from
http://www.puschitz.com/InstallingOracle10gOnSUSE.shtml , but when it
comes to 'Installing Oracle', i got confused, since I dont know where
to start 'Oracle Universal installer'.. Is it because i use .rpm
files, or I miss something ?
