  bit of a snag ... i added the repo, selected x11-video-fglrxG01, and
got:

"nothing provides kernel(debug:arch_x86_kernel_cpu_mtrr)= ... snip ...
  needed by ati-fglrxG01-kmp-debug-etc etc.x86_64"

  is there a kernel package i need to install first before trying
that?
