duplicated packages

Dear All,


I have seen some overlap between out main distro and the two repos
science and education.
two examples are openmpi and various python components.

Can we decide a proper policy on how this things are handled...
I propose that education inherits the main distro and focuses (as in
their statement) on high school stuff.
science inherits education and focuses on research and specialised
science and engineer packages.
