openmpi => develproject for openSUSE Factory is devel:libraries:c_c++ -
The package in science is outdated, maintainer is jjolly, last one
changing settings: ferichter in 2009. So maybe this can simply be
removed.

python: packages in Education repository should mainly be links to the
devel:languages:python packages. Those are mostly there to avoid
dependencies to the devel:languages:python repository if we need only a
handfull of packages.

Fine with me.
Just two remarks:
* packages where the Education repo is marked as develproject for
openSUSE Factory must stay (but this is ok IMHO as you only might get
  newer packages)
* packages that are needed as dependency for other packages might make
problems as we do not want to include too many other repositories
like server:php:applications or devel:languages:python as they might
  contain too many other stuff

With kind regards,
Lars
