problem with sunqe

Hi,

i try to run Suse7.1 on a Netra I (sun4m). There is a standard ethernet
port and there is a SUN QUAD INTERFACE ETHERNET on the s-bus, too. The
standard ethernet-port works fine. But when I try to test "modprobe
sunqe", comes a message like "resoure is busy ...".

Can anybody help me.
