The only thing different about my setup is that my prom is 2.15.  Is there any 
other considerations to take into consideration when running a multi-processor 
sparc 20?  Both processors are seen during the OBP initialization, but when I 
try and boot the k_smp, I get the Data Access Exception.

Are you using an initrd with it?  When I installed the k_smp it said that there 
was none needed, but the vmlinuz.config is configured for the support.  Just 
curious if that could be the cause for the error on boot.
