GP7000 (sun4us) with SuSE for Sparc??

Hello,

I want to install SuSE 7.3 for sparc on an old Fujitsu-Siemens GP7000 which
is a sun4us system. 
But during boot from the CD he crashes to the "ok" prompt after "uncompressing"!
On the support list of SuSE I only found that the sun4u system is supported, but I
also did not found, that the sun4us system is not supported. 
The CD is working fine on a SUN Ultra 5, so does anyone of you know whether it's
working or not???
