100 Full Duplex

How do I tweak the network prams to force the interface to go 100 Full
Duplex.  We have Cisco switches here that the Sun interface doesn't like to
auto negotiate to 100 Full with, so we hard code it in the /etc/system file
under Solaris, but where do I tweak that in SUSE?
