Hi, for me works default kernel hibernation flawless, but TOI doesn't. Last stable version for me was 3.2 tree, form 3.3 a get hibernation freeze when larger part of memory is used. Tested on 2 sony laptops. I was able to hibernate over 1 year my laptop on pre 3.3 TOI kernel. TOI is WAY quicker and doesn't swapout on hibernation, but form 3.3 unstable for me. :( I've tried TOI PPA for ubuntu, if it was not my .config causing those lockups, but it is the same, freeze in 5-10 hibernate cycles.
