Crash with ToI 3.3 on Linux 3.8.3

Hi,

usually I do not have any problems with TuxOnIce. However, this morning
it crashed on hibernation. Luckily I could switch to the console and
took a picture. I cannot see any peculiar in the stack trace, so I want
to share it here in the case I triggered a rare bug.

According to my logs I had 7 sucessfully hibernation/resume cycles
earlier. However, when triggering the 8th hibernation this morning it
behaved odd. Tuxonice switched to atomic copy, but nothing happend for
several seconds (usually this phase only last for one second or so).

I was able to switch to the console and around 10 seconds later or so it
logged the atomic copy-message again, and then just after that the panic
occured.

This is Kernel 3.8.3 with TuxOnIce 3.3 (git
b5af9390a196d98c21cc21b2340ca5f16f26f3a8). A picture of the Oops is

The offending process was ksoftirqd/0 with toi_end_bio on top of the
stack.

I guess that it is not Tuxonice related, since the calltrace only shows
irq and scsi-functions. However if anyone has clue I would be happy if
