BUG kernel/power/tuxonice_io.c:892 with 3.11.10

Hi!

I've got a reproducible problem with the current git version of tuxonice 
(kernel 3.11 ; commit a2359227afe7e926ed1ca4f79b678abd5d42623a). During first 
suspend right after freezing processes serveral processes die and on resume
tuxonice aborts with BUG kernel/power/tuxonice_io.c:892 (see screenshots 
below). The same seems to happen with kernel 3.12.
