Added packages to contrib; new pine in testing

Hi all,

A few other packages have trickled into the contrib repository; mostly
small: base64, calendar (forward port of old bsd), fpm (figaro's
password manager), the latest version of mailman (thanks to Fran Boon),
and gnome-common (needed to compile some gnome packages).

Also, I've put pine-4.58 from the Mike Harris (Red Hat) SRPM in the
testing repository; I'm running it myself, but would like to hear 'works
for me' from a few other folks before moving it to contrib.
