Hi all,

Ok, this has been in [testing] for a while, and I decided to go ahead
and push it to [updates].

Changes:
- Fix bug where local yum.conf gets overwritten
- Add official mirrors to tao-yumconf

NOTE: Generally, I'll release updates ASAP, and the mirrors will pick
them up that night, so you may not see updates immediately after my
announcement if 'yum update' happens to query a mirror for updates.
