Hi all, First, thanks to Raimo Koski for pointing out that my first cut of 'update 1' missed openssl-*i686. Otherwise I've gotten a number of 'works for me', and it's all good on my test boxes. The list of updates is pretty huge, most of them security. I won't bother listing them all here. Of note: - extra gcj java stuff: javamail, junit, jaf (javabeans activation framework); all pulled in by 'ant' update - Stuff I didn't build: comps-* anaconda redhat-release None of those are needed for a running system, except possibly comps (for redhat-config-packages). I think it's safe to say, though, that most Tao users just use 'yum' for package management of this sort; in my experience, redhat-config-packages is pretty crummy. (and yum ROCKS). Feedback, complaints, whatever welcome. regards, David
