Formal release announce for Tao Linux (Mooch Update 2) - x86_64, s390 and ia64

As David has made it public, it's time for me too make some formal
announcements about this update2.


There are three arches.

- x86_64
- s390
- ia64	(new)

Please bare with us. We don't have 'big setup initially prepared' for
this torrent. If you 'leech', please consider that you leave it running
and sharing for rest of the downloaders at least so long that you have
uploaded as much as downloaded. Initially those torrents will be prett
yslow as there are no prepared seeders.

Basically all those are 'including all the update2 stuff'
and some Tao specific mods like yum, tao-release, tao-yyumconf.
One could get (if not already) perfectly up to date by 'yum update'.
There is one gotcha. I am changing for using the new key. One should do 


yum update tao-release


first as that is signed for s390 and x86-64 with the old key. Then one would 
have the new keyys for 'rpm --import <key>' as /usr/share/doc/tao-release*/
and the file README.keys there explaining some of the stuff.


There are new images available too for all arches.

x84_64:

- CDs (3x binaries and 3x sources)
- support for ia32e arch (not tested. no hardware)


s390:

- DVD only now as one could now install directlyy from CD anyway (there
  are some corner cases with HMC where you actually would be able to use
  physical media, but that _RARE_ stuff).
  

ia64: 

- DVD only. I have yet not seen a itanium2 which doesn't have DVD-drive and
  if ou can afford Itanium2, ou should afford to have DVD-burner :)

- I am not perfectly happy with this, but this is explained already earlier
  posts (see Tao mailing list archives).


There is common functional updates:

- laus (Linux Audit-Subsystem)
- yum updated to have (Davids work) 'protectbase' patch. this does NOT apply
  to these three arches as i would have had to build again ALL the sources
  which isn't now possible (whole QA for the BASE again).

There are plenty of things that should be said, but i just shut up now.
Once more included my new key which i am using to sign binaries.
