There are a couple ideas,  1st it to compile the driver against the boot 
kernel on another machine, then use a floppy to load it.

2nd is to setup the system on another drive, then copy it to the array 
and boot from there (this is kinda involved).

I think investigating the driver disk would be good, I'll see if I can 
dig anything up on them tonight.  Unfortunately I don't have a card to 
test it on.
