(Linux Tape List) - Problem to compile ftape-docs

Hi dear helper !

I want to install ftape Documentation (ftape-docs-1.05) package but when I
start "configure" the process stop at line: sgmlcheck... no

I've read the INSTALL and NEWS files, but I cannot find why I cannot run
configure correctly...

NOTE: In NEWS it's wrote "Don't bail out if the sgml-tools package isn't
installed"

The only SGML package installed on my computer is sgml-common. (I'm not sure
that's the problem)

Please help me
