Re: splitting localapp into separate source (was: xrexec* and S01-localapps)

Once *could* argue that xrexec and xrexecd, while small, are really
self-contained, and could be useful beyond LTSP, in environments where
someone wants to launch an application remotely using Xatoms as opposed
to ssh/rsh.  

Whether that warrants a separate trunk or a separate package, I leave up
to those with better packaging skills than me.  :)
