rev 901 of ldm-trunk

I think rev 901 breaks the functionality when the group name has
multiple words (as in "Domain Users").  This was why I was trying to
avoid storing the groups in a variable, because it removes the ability
to distinguish between distinct arguments and multi-word arguments.
