localapps to speedy ?

hi,

i see a lot of messy stuff going on atm with teh localapps stuff, please
lets slow down a bit and stick to teh things we discussed instead of
moving fast but messy (i.e. with a server side xrexec script etc) 
i would love to see localapps in ubuntu 8.10 as well, but i refuse to
implemet anything hackish for that or anything for which we need to add
special server sided stuff here ... so if thats not ready in time for
all our next releases we'll just have to wait ... lets not do premature
shots and lose quality please ...
