ldminfod in ldm-server package?

i'm thinking i'd like to move ldminfod into ldm-trunk instead of
ltsp-trunk, and make an ldm server package, that also has all the
dependencies for ldm servers.

this shouldn't break anything on servers that don't have ldminfod any
more than it already does- i.e. ldminfod isn't currently a requirement
for logging in with ldm, it merely makes more information available to
ldm.
