Daily builds of ltsp, ldm, ltspfs and ltsp-docs

Hello!

As I'm sure you've noticed by the huge number of build e-mails you
received by mail (for these in ~ltsp-upstream), I'm currently setting up
daily builds for all of LTSP.

I already have ltsp-trunk building properly, ltsp-docs seems like it's
fine now too and ltspfs and ldm are still work in progress (expect more
build e-mails for these two).

The result is daily build packages for lucid, maverick, natty and
oneiric showing up in:
https://launchpad.net/~ltsp-upstream/+archive/daily/+packages

Once I'm done fixing the packaging and making sure everything builds,
you should only receive e-mail for when there's an actual build failure
(regression in upstream code, new files/directories, ...)

Everything is building for both i386 and amd64.

As daily builds only work with bzr format "2a", I had to convert
ltspfs-trunk and ltsp-docs-trunk to that format (ltspfs and ldm were
already converted by Vagrant a while back). You may have to fetch a new
copy of these branches or do a local upgrade to the new format.


Once the dailies work properly, I'll create another "stable" PPA which
will contain automated builds of stable releases (updated whenever we
tag a new release).
