OK. I re-compiled Linux 3.3.3 for a usb webcam.

root@ubuntu:~/CuBox/linux-3.3.3# cat .config | grep V4L
CONFIG_VIDEO_V4L2_COMMON=3Dy
CONFIG_VIDEO_V4L2=3Dy
CONFIG_V4L_USB_DRIVERS=3Dy
CONFIG_V4L_PCI_DRIVERS=3Dy
# CONFIG_V4L_PLATFORM_DRIVERS is not set
# CONFIG_V4L_MEM2MEM_DRIVERS is not set

root@CuBox:~# v4l2-ctl --list-devices
UVC Camera (046d:0990) (usb-orion-ehci.0-1):
/dev/video0

UVC Camera (046d:0990) is Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000.

I installed webcam. Here is result: =
