Have an upstream dir which maps to /usr/share/ltsp?

Part of the current Ubuntu packaging:

I propose this instead:

client/share/* usr/share/ltsp/
client/share.Debian/* usr/share/ltsp/
client/share.Ubuntu/* usr/share/ltsp/

I.e. instead of having multiple "functions/Debian", "init-ltsp.d/Debian" 
etc subdirs, to have a central "share" dir that maps to /usr/share/ltsp, 
and to have "share.Distro" dirs that can override everything in there. 
This should simplify packaging a lot while making it more flexible, and 
it would make the upstream tree cleaner.
