LTSP GUI GSOC weekly meeting transcript and report

The coding for the Google Summer of Code 08 officially has started
from 26th May. Here is the status of our project.

The project is development of GUI for LTSP in Mono, so if you are
familiar with Mono have a look at the code once in a while and give
your feedback.
