In the past, ltsp-build-client performed changes in the chroot that were
not easy to apply on upgrades.
Now they're done dynamically on boot, via
chroot/usr/share/ltsp/init-ltsp.d/.
So you should be able to upgrade the server and chroot normally without
any ltsp-specific issues.
