Re: Netplan issues

I've uploaded a new version of ltsp in the Greek schools PPA, so people 
having it in their sources just need to update normally.
I also uploaded a couple of other fixes.

Those that don't use the PPA, put
INIT_COMMAND_RM_NETPLAN="rm -rf /run/netplan"
in your lts.conf.
