Hi Markus,

thank you for the blueprint proposal.
LTSP5 is not really maintained anymore,
and neither is ltsp.org, the wiki etc.

I'm currently in the final stages of developing the new LTSP19 version,
and setting up the documentation, the community wiki etc in github.

I've set up a small overview of the pages involved in the new site:
https://ltsp.github.io

I will make an announcement here when everything is ready.

So your idea would either go:
  * In the community wiki,
  * Or in the upstream LTSP19 issue tracker,
  * Or as a pull request against the LTSP19 code.

I think it would be best if you send it in 2-3 weeks though, so that 
I've first finished with the initial LTSP19 version, as it's still in flux.
